the location was optimal, with impressive views of the surrounding area. the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything. the breakfast buffet was delectable, with a diverse selection of dishes that catered to everyone.
The shuttle service to the airport could be improved.

Spent Easter with my family and had a blast! the hotel had fantastic amenities like a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool and a well, equipped fitness center. Plus, the location was great , , just a short walk from the city center and all the attractions.
Only one downside: the hotel's restaurant wasn't quite up to par. the service was slow and the food wasn't quite as delicious as we had hoped.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The hotel facilities were new and very clean, and we especially loved the beautiful views of the city from our room. The breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation.

Rooms clean and modern. Staff very friendly and speaking foreign languages. Great views. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Interior designs and furnishing met expectations. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast room with great view. WiFi working in the breakfast room. Extra efforts taken by staff. Big rooms with high quality.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to many attractions and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and modern with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the breakfast room.
Our New Year's stay was not as pleasant as we anticipated. The noise level was extremely high and continued until the early hours of the morning which made it difficult to sleep.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this place. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. One night, when we were having trouble with taxis, the manager himself offered to drive us and resolved our issue. Their efforts to ensure our comfort and satisfaction were truly commendable.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
